Pre-Sales Business Analyst (Singapore) - Sales and Marketing

Our Ideal Candidate

Tookitaki is looking for a passionate pre-sales business analyst who will play a key role in taking our product to the market globally. Some of the main responsibilities of the job are:

  • Delivering product demo independently and engaging client subject matter experts
  • Anchoring the RFP (request-for-proposal) or RFI (request for information) processes
  • Providing day-to-day support for the sales team(s)

Other responsibilities of the candidate include:

  • Conducting market and prospect analyses
  • Creating impactful pre-sales collaterals: preparing sales pitch deck, case studies, collecting customer testimonials, solution videos, etc.
  • Reviewing and analysing RFP requirements and various information provided by the customer/direct sales team/partner sales team
  • Managing requirements process (question collection, consolidation & Q&A facilitation with the client)
  • Defining solution scope for the delivery team in the form of detailed input/output (Input – list of features or independent variables and output – dependent variable), defining business challenges, value to customers and success benchmarks in RFP
  • Facilitating various discovery workshops
  • Facilitating project estimation cost and resource allocation


  • Good analytical skills: someone who is good in numbers and possess excellent problem-solving ability
  • Strong skills in value representation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MBA or equivalent degree in finance or marketing or operations
  • Experience of 10+ yrs
